ACE – Assessmet of Competency for Enhancement
ACE has been developed using the Psychometric Tools developed by Jnana Prabodhini’s Institute of Psychology
and implemented by Chatur.
Each person is a unique combination of intelligence, skills, talents, interests, opinions, values, etc.
He performs in his work place with all these psychological aspects, jointly known as personality.
In the Industry, knowledge of these factors helps in selecting or placing candidates for a particular job.
It is also possible to take decisions regarding promotions. Identifying strengths and shortcomings of the
employee also make it possible to spot the training needs and plan for training.
ACE is an on-line implementation and can be used for selection for Entry level recruitment and
for Assessment for development at Junior levels in Organisations.
