Jayant Damle
Jayant on completing his MS in Computer Sciences from Syracuse USA, came back and started
Chatur Computer Services in 1988. Jayant has worked with numerous companies, multi-nationals,
blue chip, and public sector organisations including various Banks, Insurance companies,
Mutual Funds, Pharmaceutical and Pharma packaging, Educational institutions, Trading firms,
DOT COM and Research organisations.
He has actively worked with Jnana Prabodhini’s Institute of Psychology to implement design,
develop and implement various Assessment products.He was also the Gen Sec of MENSA India for
over 8 years in the 90’s.
He is certified consultant with CentACS USA for The Workplace Big Five Profile,
He is currently working towards being a Master Trainer for the WB5P.He works as an adjunct Coach
with Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) and is also a Certified Assessor with Development Dimensions
International (DDI).
His experience over the last 20 years developing Business and Psychometric
Applications along with continuous knowledge gain in Human Resource Practices
and Psychometric Instruments creates a unique blend and value
as a Human Resource Consultant and Coach.
Jayant is now focussed on providing cutting edge
practices and solutions for Human Resource Management.
