Gayatri Gurjar
Gayatri has completed her M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Pune University.
After working with the Times Group for about 2 years in the Results and Market Development Department
she decided to work in the area of applied Psychology.
Her immense desire to work with application of Psychology in the Real World let her to a Post
Graduate Diploma in School Psychology from Jnana Prabodhini, Pune.
This helped her to conduct group guidance sessions for students
in different Pune schools as part of Maharashtra Herald’s Newspaper
In Education (NIE) Programme.
She is now working as a Consultant Psychologist with Chatur applying hers skills to
Corporate and Industry requirements.
At Chatur, Gayatri assists in Corporate Training Programmes,
Psychological assessment and other HR initiatives.
She is also researching and studying the Five Factor
Model and intends to complete her certification on the Workplace Big Five Profile (WB5P) in January 08.
She is the Chief Co-ordinator of the ACE (Assessment for Competency Enhancement)
initiative at Chatur.
Her natural inclination for social interaction and a deep desire to reach out to
people are her strongest assets for the People oriented field of Human Resource Management.
Besides the Academic realm Gayatri enjoys dramatics, music and traveling.
She has been a part of various collegiate drama competitions. She has traveled
extensively all over India and has even been a part of an exchange programme to Pakistan.
With a flair for creative writing, she has even penned a small book of her poems.
