Executive Coaching -
Coaching is a specialized HR Initiative.
Coaching as a process is entirely focused on the executive.
The Coach provides the skilful facilitation to enable the
Executives to determine the Challenges for improved performance and
then to find their own solutions. The Coach assists the Executives
to identify issues, unproductive behavior, and adopt new actions that
can systematically be applied to situations achieve goals.
The Coaching process empowers executives to find the reasons
behind Challenges faced by the Executive which directly or
indirectly affect performance.
In Executive Coaching Assignments there is a three way contract between the Coach,
The Executive and the Corporation.
Customized Coaching assignments are created based on the needs of the Company and Executives.
Chatura Damle and Jayant Damle are both trained and experienced in Coaching Techniques used World Wide.
Typically the Coaching Process begins with a Review of the existing state using the Workplace Big Five Profile 3.0©,
Performance Appraisals and even Interviews with Superiors, Peers and Team Members
either by the Executive or the Coaches. Followed by Personal Interviews and Sessions
at a predetermined frequency.
We use the model of first creating Awareness of Self (Know Yourself), Identifying Challenges,
Finding Solutions to surmount these Challenges and providing Support to enable change towards the stated goals.
