Chatura Damle
Chatura Damle is the Founder Director of Chatur Knowledge Networking Pvt. Ltd.
An Industrial Psychologist by profession, Chatura has an MA in Industrial Psychology
from Mumbai Univ and has worked on projects with Sussex Univ and Syracuse Univ. She has
worked very closely with a wide spectrum of companies and educational institutes in the
areas of Psychometric Assessment, Coaching, Counselling, Behavioural Training and HR solutions.
Her experience over the last 20 years of dealing with a cross section of society gives her
valuable insight into human behaviour as well as immense empathy for people. Along with her
continuous urge for learning she continues to add value to all her assignments as a Human
Resource Consultant.
Chatura has worked with numerous Indian companies, multi-nationals,
blue chip, and public sector organisations including various IT, Pharmaceutical and Pharma
packaging, FMCG companies, Banks, and Educational Institutions.
Chatura is now focussed on
providing cutting edge practices and solutions for Human Resource Management. She is a certified
consultant with CentACS USA for The Workplace Big Five Profile and is currently working
towards being a Master Trainer for the Workplace Big Five(WB5P) Profile and assessor
with various Internationally
acclaimed Institutions like Centre for Applied Cognitive Studies, Tata Management
Training Centre, Jnana Prabodhini’s Institute of Psychology and is a certified assessor
with Development Dimensions International (DDI).
